I looked all through all the post and aint see my question maybe i missed it but are they ever gonna make it where you can take more then 2 people in a party?

In pre-searing Ascalon there can only be two members in a party! You haven't gone throught the Academy yet, have you?...

and the biggest group allowed in game at this time is 8, which i believe is only for the hall of heroes...

No, most of the later content, including PvE allows for 8 players in a group
